- Bistrot d’Antoine: French food in old Nice
- Acchiardo on rue Droite in Old Nice: Authentic Niçoise cuisine family owned restaurant (3rd generation).
- Saj: Accros Acchiardo Reataurant: Libanese, Greek, Mediterranean veggie & vegan light food. Great soups, salads
- Sejour Café: French, very good, elegant, terrasse
- Le Petit café: same owner as Sejour café (ask for Julie, she knows me), same kind of food, excellent, pricier
- Le Tchitchou: on avenue Georges Clemenceau: great home made Niçoise & Mediterranean cuisine in a small and cozy restaurant.
- La Petite Maison by Place Massena: high end, kind of „the place to be“ for the “Happy few“. Pricey but great cuisine. Musicians on Saturday evening.
- La Reserve, by the harbor, beautiful harbor & sea view, high end.
- Le café de Turin: sea food on place Garibaldi. Since 1880s !
- Attimi, Italian, easy, right on the main plaza (place Massena) by the fountain. Very affordable
- DiPiu. Very affordable, Italian and French right on the boardwalk, Quai des États-Unis but quiet. If going for lunch, be there by noon as line up starts at 12:15
- Vin sur Vin, rue Biscarra nothing extraordinary but nice and cool French flavor
- Castel Plage, beach restaurant, good food, great view of the whole Promenade especially when dining.
- Les Agitateurs on rue Bonaparte. Run by 3 young talented & passionate chefs. Excellent food, always a great surprise to see how inventive these chefs can be. Just received a one Star. A true culinary experience!
